Log Files

Moncrow follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit Platforms. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any personally identifiable information. The information aims to analyze trends, administer the site, track users' movement on the Platform, and gather demographic information.

Like any other Platform, Moncrow uses 'cookies'. These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the Platform that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

Moncrow's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or Platforms. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt out of certain options.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, users have the right to:

  1. Request that a business that collects a customer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about the user.
  2. Request that a business delete any personal data about the customer that a business has collected.
  3. Request that a business that sells a customer’s personal data, not sell the Customer's personal data.

    • Right to Rectification:

Users can modify or change their name, email, password, and mobile login PIN via their profile.

    • Right of Access, Erasure, and Restrict Processing:

Users can request access or erasure of their personal information, as well as request restrictions on further processing of their personal information by contacting us at support@Moncrow.com. Please allow up to 30 days for requests to be processed. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee to process excessive or repeated requests.

    • Right to Withdraw Consent:

Users can stop receiving our promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in every email we send, or by adjusting their Marketing Preferences in your profile. Users also have choices concerning cookies, as described above. By modifying your browser preferences, you have the choice to accept all cookies, to be notified when a cookie is set, or to reject all cookies. If you choose to reject all cookies some parts of our Service may not work properly in your case.

    • Right to complain to a supervisory authority:
