34. Upon the receipt of a commodity ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer is required by this Policy to file for a return of such commodity if it is NOT in concord with what was offered by the Vendor and ordered by the Buyer.
35. With reference to Clause 34 above, the Buyer who files for a return of such commodity must do so within 12 hours for perishable commodities and three (3) days for non-perishable commodities. And such commodities must be in good standing in both quality and quantity, must not be opened or broken (for concealed products) and must be in state as received by the buyer.
36. Upon filing for a return of the commodity, buyer must be available when contacted to transmit the commodity to the seller as received.
37. It will be regarded that the buyer accepts the product if no request for return is made within the stipulated period as referenced in Clause 35 above.
